Is the person you will most likely come into contact with. As the public face of the company, you’ll see her at the farmer's market or making a delivery.
She has been helping local farmers connect with funding, marketing, and distribution opportunities for over 25 years and has received multiple awards for her achievements in that arena. Coming from a long line of farmers, her skills and connections are vital to the farm's continued success.
Pauline also advocates for farmers to policymakers on local and federal platforms. In her spare time, she manages a rural farmer's market and is a regular guest lecturer at the Center of Arkansas Farms and Food and at various sustainable farming events in the region.

Is the person responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the farm. Known to everyone but law enforcement as “Safety,” he brings decades of hands‑on experience in construction, land management, and ecological systems. He holds a degree in Regenerative Organic Agriculture and is a certified permaculture designer, grounding his work in both practical skill and formal training.
He oversees infrastructure, production, processing and long‑term planning; ensuring the farm stays functional, resilient, and adaptable in all conditions. His holistic approach combines systems thinking with real-world problem-solving, supporting both the land and the people who depend on it.

Is in charge of quality control; she dutifully taste tests all harvests before approving or rejecting them for sale. She is also in charge of making sure all the puddles splash correctly, all the pretty rocks get found & are submitted to the proper authorities.
